According to health officials, Sacramento county has seen 5 deaths due to the flu, one man under the age of 50. Of those who have died, officials say two of them did not receive a flu shot, and are unsure if the others did or not. Officials recommend everyone get the flu shot – is not too late to receive protection from the flu. The H1N1 virus is included in the current flu shot being given.
